As a second-generation Thai of Indian descent, Raghav is a Business Development Executive at a family-run textile company in Bangkok. He manages the key accounts of clients in South-East Asia, trading fashion fabrics and bringing the latest textile trends forward. After graduating in Environmental Science from The University of Nottingham, UK, he worked in Sustainability and Climate Change consulting at PwC where he was responsible for providing training courses to clients in listed companies to produce their sustainability reports. He joined Global Shapers in 2016 as he wanted to meet a like-minded and driven group of young people to create projects concerning the Bangkokians. Since then, he spearheaded and supported the team in a variety of projects including fundraising, environmental awareness, and career development.

Raghav's lies in environmental sustainability, especially in the area of resource consumption. He strongly believes that to make a change, it starts with an individual change. One of his future goals is to create an appetite for sustainable textiles in the region, using a low-chemical dye.
