Key lessons that truly resonated with us: Start by knowing and taking care of yourself before helping others. Dive deep into your passions and grow your influence; this will guide you to where you need to be. Empathy is crucial – understanding and connecting with the people you aim to help is more effective than merely pushing your values on them. Inspiring and caring for your team is essential so they are motivated to drive your vision. Most importantly, resilience is vital; seeing your impact may take time and come after many rejections.
